DELIVERY

All orders placed online will be dispatched within 48 hours we aim to deliver all orders within 2-3 Days.
Our Standard Delivery Charge applies to all orders at a charge of £3.95 per order.
The FREE DELIVERY option is only applicable to UK Orders when spending £40 or more, this also applies to phone Orders.

Next Day Delivery is available on selected costumes subject to a fee of £7.99 but please check with us first before you order. We ship within Europe with at a standard charge of £11.95 per order estimated time for delivery within 5-10 Working days.

If you are placing your order from outside of Europe then please contact us first to work out the correct postage costs.

Ordering is simple, easy and secure. View and add items to your basket - you will be able to remove items and change quantities at the checkout, before your order is processed.

We can accept payment by cheque or most major credit cards in pound sterling. Online payment is taken over a secure server.

All the costumes on the website are In stock unless otherwise stated, if for any reason the costume is not available we will contact you straight away.

We do not take back orders. If we are unable to get the item for you in time you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

RETURNS POLICY

Please note - Colours and detail may vary slightly from the pictures shown.
Returns - Should you wish to exercise your right to cancel, we must be notified by email or in writing or by phone, and the goods returned to our business address within 14 working days, starting from the day after receipt of the goods. Please return ALL the packaging as the goods arrived. Without the packaging any form of refund is not possible. A full refund will only be given if the goods are found to be damaged or faulty but not if the damage or fault has been caused by the customer.
